What is a market snapshot?
A market snapshot is a short report showing all the homes for sale and all the homes that recently sold in a specific or market segment. It also has graphs showing the average days on the market, list price to sales price ratios and other important market information.

Snapshots can be customized for just about any type of home.  For example, it can be narrowly configured just for six bedroom homes less than ten years old in a specific subdivision or for all of your favorite town.  The report is only limited by your imagination!  A monthly snapshot will be automatically emailed your address.
