The Accredited Buyer’s Representative Manager(ABRM®) designation is the highest designation available to Realtors in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who have met stringent educational and practical experience criteria. Realtors with this designation must not only be proficient at serving buyer clients but also able to train agents to represent buyer clients.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council is the largest association of real estate professionals who focus on representing the needs of seniors in their real estate transactions. There are only 16,000 active members of the organization world-wide. To earn the SRES designation, a Realtor must successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
This designation is one of the most respected and relevant designations offered in real estate business management. There are only 7,000 members worldwide. To display this designation, a Realtor must have attended numerous real estate managment and sales classes as well as have many years of real estate management experience. Jeff has had this coveted designation since December of 1996. Real estate brokerage education through this council does not stop once the designation has been earned. The council supports its members though continued education with the latest knowledge and trends in the real estate brokerage industry.
