To fully utilize our Outer Banks property search tool then view the property search tutorial video below. It is only about six minutes and should save you time in the long run. Here you can learn to search by listing number, by a map of the area, by address or search a specific area or type of property. The listing information on the web site includes all active listings from every local real estate company. It is updated multiple times a day. This provides you with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
More Information: Another reason for using the Scott Team Realty web site for your Outer Banks property searches is that we have additional fields that no national web site carries. For example, if the listing agent inputted the owner’s rental income then that field is available in the listing details.
Registering: This site will allow you to view the details of three or four properties before it will ask you to register or log in. To register you’ll need to insert your name and your email address. Once you log in you can see the details on an unlimited amount of properties. We don’t share your information with anyone but you may occasionally hear from us with good buying information. It is our goal to contact you just enough to know we care but not so much that we bother you.
Feel free to call us toll free if you have any questions or to walk you through this web site. We can help you with any property for sale here. 866-438-8382
