We serve North Carolina’s barrier islands from the Virginia state line in the north to Hatteras Inlet in the south as well as some portions of the mainland. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect data on google analytics to help us better understand what buyers and sellers are viewing. This will help us better serve our clients in the future.
Our listing section collects data on what listings and listing searches logged in individuals are viewing.
No contact information is gathered without the consent of the user. The personal data we collect including names, email addresses, other contact information and personal account preferences is also collected. This information is held by Scott Team Realty and kept confidential.
It’s possible that we will contact those individuals who enter their contact information. The goal of contacting someone is to help them have the best experience possible buying, selling and owning Outer Banks real estate while building a professional relationship.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
